Relationship to marginalized people:
Non-conformist, outspoken upstart creating fine art forged as a coping mechanism through my experiences and observations of inequity and gender bias. Throughout history, the inaction or indifference of silent voices has made it possible for the oppressor, the bully, the tyrant, the abuser to triumph.
I begin my artistic process through voice, words and ideas that have made a positive impact in my life and move to creating imagery in support.
